How much land and water does a Napier-fed plant need?

Vendor sizing suggests roughly 500 acres of Napier to feed a 10 TPD Bio-CNG plant, about 120 tonnes a day at around 33% solids. Napier is water-hungry despite its drought tolerance, so water availability must be checked against local supply before the land is committed - and that land is leased, not owned.
