Can banana pseudo-stem and water hyacinth be used?

Both are high-moisture, high-cellulose materials that digest reasonably well but carry very low dry-matter content, so large wet tonnages are needed per unit of gas. Water hyacinth also carries harvesting cost. Treat both as local, opportunistic feedstocks rather than a base load.
