What is condensate handling, and why does it matter?

Warm, water-saturated biogas drops liquid condensate as it cools in the pipework, which can block lines and is mildly acidic from dissolved H2S and CO2. Condensate traps and drain points are designed in to remove it continuously rather than at a shutdown.
